CASINO JARGONS

Complimentary Expenses

Complimentary expenses refer to a percentage of commission earned from your grand rolling at the casinos when you game with The Grand Sapphire as your junket representative. The Grand Sapphire reimburses the commission earned from your grand rolling to offset your airfare, hotel, entertainment, bar and restaurant expenses.

Rolling

Rolling refers the amount of cash chips converted into non-negotiable chips with your junket representative. The non-negotiable chips are then used to play at the tables.

Grand Rolling

When a player wins in cash chips and converts the cash chips into non-negotiable chips with his junket representative, the net amount of non-negotiable chips exchanged is recorded. At the end, a percentage of the grand rolling is then reimbursed to the player.

Non-negotiable Chips

Non-negotiable chips are promotional/junket casino chips that cannot be exchanged for cash. Players use these chips for betting while junkets use them to monitor rolling transactions. This will enable the junkets to calculate the commission in the grand rolling when when players close their accounts.
